Roslyn has designed and delivered on strategic management plans across various large organisations for over 25 years. Roslyn’s strongest capability as a strategic manager is in identifying potential opportunities for growth and applying strategies to realise these opportunities in small businesses. Ros has extensive experience designing business structures which are highly efficient, nimble and lean. She loves to disrupt the status quo to push small businesses further and achieve the vision of business owners.

Peter supports the Accuratus team and clients with his extensive business knowledge at monthly governance meetings. With a senior leadership career across tier 1 companies, Peter’s advice during monthly governance meetings is often beyond what would be readily available to small business owners. Peter’s style of communication assists business owners to apply corporate level thinking within their own organisation; it results in business growth and success.

Vicki is a member of the Accuratus Lead business advisory team and supports our clients to realise their full financial potential. Previously, Vicki held the role of Executive Director, Pitcher Partners and was responsible for the delivery of a broad range of business financial advisory services. Vicki was admitted to Pitcher partnership leading Private Business and Family Advisory. Vicki supports Accuratus Lead by providing professional advice to SME’s on structuring, tax planning, and superannuation and financial management. Her passion for understanding and defining financial success is remarkable and our clients.

Over 20 years nursing experience in Australian Public Health system working in the largest health care service in Victoria. Most recently leading and empowering a large team to deliver contemporary and high-quality education to (predominately) the nursing and midwifery workforce aligned to the strategic priorities for the organisation (and state), lead change management, mitigate risk and influencing clinical practice by the bedside. Passionate about workforce development, excellent patient /consumer care, interprofessional collaborations, building capable leaders and having fun at the same time!

Emma is one of our most versatile employees and is talented at anything that she puts her hand to. Emma has a Bachelor of Science and Arts as well as a Diploma of Graphic Design. Put these two together and not only do we have an extraordinarily talented designer, we also have an incredible research scientist who is leading our partnership with QAAFI, University of Queensland. Emma is as comfortable designing websites as she is working with the PhD students who are supporting significant research projects.

Sophie heads up the Accuratus Operations division. Within this division, Sophie oversees daily operational delivery in people and capability management, accounts payable/receivable processes, administration, customer service as well as keeping in touch with our clients daily by phone or an email. With a Bachelor of Fashion Business & Marketing, and currently undertaking further HR studies, Sophie is a very driven young leader who is a true example of the exceptional capability of Generation Z.

Lauren brings a passion for innovation and scientific communication to the Accuratus team as our Junior Project Manager. With a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and 5 years experience as a research chemist within academia and industry, Lauren enjoys building relationships with scientists from a wide range of backgrounds. Lauren loves stepping outside of her comfort zone to expand her skillset, as evident in her Monash IDEATOR Top Prize for entrepreneurship and her 2020 Dean’s Teaching Award for assisting with the unprecedented online course delivery at Monash University at the start of the pandemic.

Christina has an impressive background in the hospitality industry with 16 years of experience, working both within Australian and overseas, as well as previous administration experience. She has a love of sports and has worked with numerous sporting clubs across Melbourne as a Football/Netball first aid officer and sports trainer.

Christina is also a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and is currently studying Myotherapy to further extend her skills. With her strong hospitality experience and love of travel Christina joins Accuratus as a Business Support Coordinator, leading the event management team and establishing the travel division of the company.

Will is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Psychological Science double degree at Latrobe University. He strives to embody the value of hard work and is intent on adding value to business. He has been involved in both coaching and playing sports for over 10 years, through this experience he has developed an understanding of how to effectively be a part of a team. This skillset translates exceedingly well to a business context as Will is proficient in absorbing information and is able to provide insightful contributions to the team.

Nicole joins Accuratus as Environmental & Business Coordinator. Nicole is passionate about the environment and her love of the ocean led her on a journey to travel the world while surfing. Nicole has studied Environmental Management and Business. Nicole will support our projects with environmental and sustainability knowledge and will importantly enhance the Accuratus commitment to continuously consider the future of the planet in our strategies.
